Approach to Massage:
Savannah believes that the body and mind work harmoniously to maintain homeostasis in the body. When people experience emotional stress, the body often stores this in the form of physical pain, tension, or imbalance. Savannah uses a blend of techniques to intuitively read the tissues in order to address mobility, tension, stress, and pain complaints. With her strong background in dance, Savannah incorporates breath, movement and joint mobilization in her massage to offer treatments that are both relaxing and therapeutic.
